- Hi, Matt, welcome to BestCasinos.com! Thank you for taking the time to chat with us. We are certain our readers are eager to learn all about the company behind their favourite online slots. So, who is Gameburger Studios?
Gameburger Studios is all about delivering exciting, high-energy and action-packed content to our players. We’re very passionate and we strive to bring a unique experience to players through our games and content.
- What is it like to work as the Creative Director at a company considered one of iGaming’s rising stars?
It’s amazing to have an opportunity to be part of the Gameburger team. There’s a lot of talent, excitement and passion that goes into our games, and it’s great to see the quality of our content being recognized by the industry and players.
- Your company has been creating casino slots for two years, as you officially launched Gameburger Studios in 2019. How would you describe your path so far?
It’s been a challenging one – achieving milestones, working with branded games like the Playboy series and experiencing great success with our top-performing releases like 9 Masks of Fire, Hyper Gold and 9 Pots of Fire; it’s been just amazing. This inspires us and gives us high expectations for future projects in the works.
- What has the partnership with Microgaming and becoming one of its independent studios brought for you?
Exclusivity and success. Working with Microgaming has always been phenomenal; it’s a world-class publisher that’s always there for us. We work really well together and have released numerous successful games (and have many more great ones yet to come!).
- Your debut release was Break da Bank Again Respin, a superb online slot featuring Hyperspins, a higher RTP, and a dashing makeover of the visuals. Approaching and refurbishing such a beloved classic must have been a real challenge!
It really was. It was great to have worked on this project; we really wanted to keep the essence of the game but also bring the custom “Hyperspins” mechanic to the player where they can strategise and enjoy rewards while also enjoying the well-known visuals, sounds and game experience that they were already familiar with.
- Gameburger Studios’ primary speciality is making slots with a characteristic American style. Could you tell us more about that? What classifies as pure American-style gaming for you?
As with the American entertainment industry, our content is action-packed, loaded with high-energy and offers a captivating experience to our players. We like to hear what they want and do our very best to reach those expectations by standing out from the rest, with high-quality visuals, energised music and great win potential.
- Two of the most recognizable traits of Gameburger Studios are the infusion of bonus features and an experimental approach to game mechanics. Could you show us what’s behind the scenes? How does your team come up with such diverse features and innovative mechanics?
As I mentioned, we like to stand out from the rest by delivering unique features, mechanics, and rich and enhanced content to our players. We have a really talented team and research extensively specifically to meet our players’ needs and expectations. It is a very competitive market out there and in order to stand from the rest, we’ve really gotta be the best!
- Your company may be young, but your team has a lot of experience in making gambling games. Does your knowledge of land-based gaming help with devising concepts for online games?
Absolutely. The land-based world incorporates a lot of things around you. Captivating sounds, the casino environment, lights and effects. We try to incorporate those into our product, working with our team and offering the players a great game experience with a land-based feel and rewarding wins. In addition to that, the player is always in control.
- The players will soon have the pleasure to meet your brand-new title, Hyper Gold which sports Link&Win symbols. Could you give our readers a glimpse of the upcoming release? What can we expect to see in the Hyper Gold slot?
