Microgaming Set to ‘Shake Up the Table Games Vertical’ Via Deal with Switch Studios
Developer of top-notch online gaming solutions – Microgaming – is proudly signaling a new era of prestige table games in an attempt to ‘shake up’ the entire vertical.
By teaming up with Switch Studios, a new independent game developer, the Isle of Man based powerhouse will gain exclusivity of table game content that will further on be presented to Microgaming operators.
What’s Switch Studios All About?
This UK based studio with headquarters in Ipswich is a close-knit group of online gambling and social gaming experts driven by collective passion for games.
Switch Studios produce games with dynamic features powered by the latest technology aimed to make the gameplay as personalized as possible.
Switch Studios’ expertise will be directed towards creating a new generation of table games that will deliver tailor-made experience and include customizable components to bring a whole new level of play.
A New Wave of Table Games
The introduction of Switch Studios is being perceived as Microgaming’s attempt to roll out a new wave of table games content. Primarily focused on delivering high-quality slot games, the supplier now wants to take on another vertical of the gaming industry and further strengthen its position at the top.

Microgaming have already launched the likes of Stormcraft, Slingshot and Fortune Factory Studios.

The very first product of the collaboration between Switch Studios and Microgaming will be – Roulette.
With a classy new take on the classic and universally adored table game, Microgaming is pushing forward a realistic 3D wheel with lifelike ball behaviours. Specifically optimized to accommodate mobile users, this brand-new Roulette can be played in either portrait and landscape modes, which allows players to switch into a more immersive casino experience at the palm of their hands.

This game is the first of a full suite of exclusive table games Switch Studios will bring forward for Microgaming. Roulette is set for a SIGMA debut later in November in Malta while the complementing content – including Blackjack – is set to be revealed in the coming months.
