EGT Returns to FADJA for a Special 2018 Show
Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the FADJA American Gaming trade show returns to the Corferias Exhibition Center in Bogota.
EGT Interactive will showcase its products at this year’s Colombian expo for the second year in a row.
Colombia has become a very important market for the iGaming sector since last year when six major operators were approved. Mijugada, Wplay, Betplay, Zamba, Colbet and Codere legally operate in the online gambling market in Colombia, which became the first country in Latin America to regulate this type of betting.
Two more operators entered the Colombian market in the first two months in 2018 and many more operators are interested in this rapidly growing market. The Colombian regulator Coljuegos has set a goal of having 20 licensed online gambling operators by the time the 2018 FIFA World Cup kicks off in Russia this summer.
The entire gaming market is expected to be worth around 6.6% of the Colombian GDP.
Colombian expo, Feria Americana de Juegos de Azar, FADJA, is taking place in Corferias, Bogota, Colombia on 5 and 6 April.
