Caroline Palm Joins Leo Vegas as HR Chief Officer

The King of Mobile Casino as it likes to be referred to – LeoVegas online casino – heads into the new year with a new member of their senior staff team.

Updating the online casino market at the start of 2018, LeoVegas has announced that Caroline Palm is joining the managerial team as a new chief human resources officer.

Palm arrives from Serendipity Group and is expected to start her duties on 14 February, when she’s officially join the LeoVegas’ management team.

At her previous company, Serendipity Group, Caroline palm was responsible for the firm’s strategic work within the HR sector and is fully expected to give her wholehearted contribution to help LeoVegas continue its growth journey.

Caroline Palm’s main focus at her previous post was to build and develop a fast-growing group that included approximately 30 companies and well over 2,000 employees. The Group’s companies come from different industries but the majority of them focuses on technology-driven aspects.

Commenting on her new appointment, Caroline Palm says she fully appreciates the company’s strong corporate culture and the fact LeoVegas invest a great deal in its staff.

Caroline palm will work within a newly-established role within LeoVegas company – Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) – where she will have the overall and strategic responsibility of all the company’s matters within the HR sector.

LeoVegas Group CEO, Gustaf Hagman, explained that Caroline Palm fits perfectly into the company’s vision and this new role within the management team.

“Caroline’s experiences from fast-growing and entrepreneurial companies in the tech sector means that she has broad expertise and is a strong additional contribution to Team Leo.”, he said.

LeoVegas is closing in on 600 employees and hiring an CHRO that would overlook the recruitment processes and prepare a strategic plan about the staff has become fundamental for a company that has already started expanding to other countries and markets.
