Land-based gambling is slowly but surely taking over the UK floors!
This month, Century Casinos had a grand opening of its new offline casino in the victorious Roman city in south-west England.
With a population of approximately 200,000 and about 5 million tourists ever year, it has now become the first international Century Casino in its central area. It is set in a very attractive location, situated opposite the popular Theatre Royal in Bath.
The opening ceremony was held on May 25, and 1,200 were invited and attended the grandeur event in the mesmerising new venue.
With the 15,000 square feet gaming floor, the freshly opened casino possesses 50 gaming positions on slots and electronic Roulette terminals, as well as 14 gaming tables and even three bars and a lounge area. At exactly 6:30 PM the guests were welcomed in and walked down the red carpet to the magnificent casino.
From then on, they were allowed to explore the never before seen venue.
Before Bath, the company Century Casinos has been a proud owner and operator of casinos and hotels across the United States, Canada, and it has an Austrian subsidiary with interests in Casinos Poland. The Company’s Co CEOs Erwin Haitzmann and Peter Hoetzinger have expressed excitement and pride in this new endeavour.
They both believe that the new casino in Bath has great potential to provide an opulent return to what has been invested into it. They expect that both locals and tourists alike will enjoy the casino, as a lot of effort has been put into it.
The two co-CEOs have concluded, “We are delighted about the opportunity to enter the UK gaming market with the addition of the Century Casino Bath to our international portfolio of successful casino operations.”
