Evolution Finally Launches Ice Fishing: A Fast-Paced Arctic Game Show With 5,000x Wins
Evolution has officially launched Ice Fishing, a long-awaited live game show with a frosty twist to the classic big money wheel format. This is the first release in a couple of weeks for the company, which in the meantime, launched two live studios and extended a deal with PokerStars.
The new game was first unveiled at ICE 2025 in Barcelona. For months, players and Evolution fans speculated about the nature of the upcoming live game show.

Right off the bat, it’s clear that the new title is set in a vibrant arctic landscape and promises rapid-fire action. Some of the key ingredients that will surely make the game a roaring success are suspenseful gameplay, and more importantly, multiplier wins that can reach up to 5,000x.
At the heart of the game is a 53-segment wheel. As a money wheel game, each spin can lead to instant cash prizes or one of three fish-themed bonus games: Lil’ Blues, Big Oranges, and Huge Reds.
Plus, each bonus game comes with a unique mechanic and win potential that’s unique. Respectively, players can unlock multipliers of up to 100x, 200x, and 500x.
It’s a very fun game, but what else is there to see? What sets the game apart is its multiplier boost mechanic. These boosts can land during the main game and follow players into the bonus rounds, building suspense and creating the opportunity for significantly enhanced payouts.
