Evolution Signs Deal to Acquire Arcadia Gaming Solutions
Evolution, one of iGaming’s live casino content powerhouses, has entered into an agreement to acquire Arcadia Gaming Solutions. Arcadia Gaming Solutions is a video streaming live casino provider based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The deal between Evolution and Arcadia Gaming Solutions saw light yesterday, when Evolution announced the acquisition. However, we must note that the deal is not finished yet – the transaction is expected to complete in 2024.
More specifically, before the end of 2024, leaning towards the last months.
According to the announcement, the new deal cost Evolution €2.5 million. The company is going to pay an up-front cash consideration, as well as an earn-out based on the Arcadia games performance in 2027.
The deal is therefore in the final stages of completion, with the entire transaction estimated to be processed by the end of the calendar year. Of course, the transaction is also subject to changes in the meantime, but that’s probably something minor and unimportant for the players.
Who’s Arcadia?
Arcadia Gaming Solutions is a video streaming live dealer content provider. The technology used by Arcadia (proprietary technology, we must add) gives players the option to engage in real-time with actual, physical arcade machines. They can do so through desktop, as well as mobile, devices. This in turn creates an entirely new gaming experience for everyone involved. Players can therefore enjoy casual live casino games in a new light.
Besides this deal, Evolution is also keeping busy with other deals. Namely, the company is also actively looking to expand their studio network with other brands. They are currently in the process of acquiring Galaxy Gaming as well, and that deal will probably finish by the middle of 2025. Galaxy gaming is a gambling game supplier from Nevada. This deal will cost $85 million, which is considerably higher than the amount decided on with Arcadia Gaming Solutions.
