GiG Sells Highroller Brand to Ellmount Gaming
The famous provider of casino content GiG has just announced that its B2B brand Highroller will soon be transferred into the hands of EllmountGaming. The entire contract is worth $7.8m.
Better Focus
The reason why GiG decided to sell the operator is that GiG intends to focus more on its existing brands, most of all, its core brand Rizk.com. If everything goes according to the plan, GiG will work exclusively with four brands: Rizk, Kaboo, Guts, and Thrills.
As Robin Reed, CEO of GiG, explained,
“The sale of Highroller is a confirmation of our discipline and focus as we are growing Rizk.com to become a Tier 1 casino operator in select markets. Through this agreement, we gain increased cash flow, a strong B2B partner and Highroller will get the marketing muscle and focus it deserves.

Strength in Numbers
According to the deal, the casino operator in question will remain under GiG licenses with a long-term white label agreement, but it will be transferred to Ellmount Gaming licenses as soon as the companies receive regulatory approval. Ellmount Gaming currently owns and operates CasinoRoom brand which is licensed and regulated in Malta, UK, and Curacao.
Launched in 2017, the casino operator managed to generate more than €1.3m in revenue under six months. The main explanation of the sale is that GiG believes Highroller brand will be in better hands with Ellmount Gaming as the Gaming Innovation Group aims to focus more on other brands, and simply cannot pay enough attention to Highroller as Ellmount Gaming will.
