Greentube Holds Sway in Portugal
Portugal seems to be the place to be, in iGaming at least.
Right now, this European market is blooming more than ever, with Play’n GO already entering the region in style. After outstanding financial results in 2018, Novomatic Interactive division Greentube continues to build upon the previous successes.
Novomatic‘s omnichannel division has inked a deal with Casino Solverde, one of the leading online gambling operators on the Portuguese market.
Sizzling Slot Selection
According to the deal, the Vienna-based casino games creator will be supplying the online gaming premises with its top-notch gaming content, including a plethora of classic and video slots. The arrangement of titles will encompass the full suite of Greentube games such as Sizzling HOT, Lucky Lady’s Charm Deluxe and Book of Ra. From this May on, Casino Solverde clients will have the pleasure of enjoying a legion of award-winning fan favourites.
Smart Successful Strategy
Regarding the strategic move towards Portugal, Michael Bauer, Greentube CFO/CGO, stated that Portugal was the next step in the firm’s tactics on geographical expansion within Europe. “We have once again chosen a well-established and strong NOVOMATIC customer as our first partner in Portugal,” Bauer declared. Believing that it will be “a prosperous and substantial partnership”, the Greentube representative added that “Casino Solverde will be able to profit from cross conversion synergies and their players will find their favourite titles online”.
Américo Loureiro, Solverde Online Casino Director, asserted that his brand had had a strong and consistent collaboration with Novomatic for many a year now and that they are thrilled to welcome Greentube on board as well. As Loureiro worded it, the partnership will “bolster [their] online portfolio with some of our customers’ all-time favourite slots”.
Casino Solverde has been in the industry for longer than four decades and boasts five brick-and-mortar casinos in Portugal. The online counterpart was launched in 2017 with the rise of online gambling and has established itself as premium premises for online punters in the Iberian country.
