KSA imposes a $310k penalty on Casumo Services Ltd.

Kansspelautoriteit, Netherland’s regulatory body, moved on to fine Casumo Services Ltd. with a $310,000 fine for offering their services, mainly games of chance to Dutch customers without having the necessary legal status or other required approvals from the government.

This is not the first strike for Casumo Casino.

Last year, the UK Gambling Commission fined the casino with $5,85 million for not having the required measurements taken to protect their gamblers and since then, the regulators have kept a close eye on Casumo.

This fine imposed on Casumo was the first one since the Gambling Act was updated by the Dutch government in its Official Gazette.
