Novomatic Welcomes Felipe Ludeña to Boost Sports Betting Services

About Felipe Ludeña
Afore his recruitment at Novomatic Group, Ludeña worked at the international sports betting provider Codere Group, which is exactly why his expertise in the field will be particularly beneficial for Novomatic. The Spaniard used to head the Spanish Online Business Unit at his previous company, the position he had held for 7 years. His new position at Novomatic Group is International Sports Betting Director.
As Codere Group is focused on working across markets such as Colombia, Mexico and Panama, Ludeña has sufficient experience and knowledge on them, and will now concentrate on the international expansion of Novomatic’s sports betting business.
Ludeña’s First Impressions
The former Codere employee has expressed extreme joy upon arriving at Novomatic. On his appointment, he has said that he is thrilled to lead such innovative and successful team, knowing lots about “Novomatic’s pioneering spirit”, which had always fascinated him.
Ludeña has added, “It is of course a particularly exciting task to be able to develop the international sports betting business for one of the world’s largest gaming technology groups.”

The Austrian firm is evidently looking to pursue an international expansion in the sports betting sector. The company’s aim is to keep the cemented reputation in Europe, while growing over the boarders in an attempt to connect with clients from all over the world.
Harald Neumann, Novomatic CEO, has been asked about his opinion on the recent opening of the US market and the opportunities it opens for further expansion.
