Playtech Hits Italy with New Bingo Offer
Isle of Man-based online software provider Playtech has announced the launch of a revamped, enhanced Bingo platform in the regulated Italian market. The boosted offering will be in line with the recently updated PBAD3 protocol and will see to impact the Central European market tremendously.
For the time being, the fresh launches will be available via Sisal, Snai and William Hill brands, with more releases to come in the near future.
Something Old, Something New
In February 2019, the upgraded protocol was set in motion and it enabled operators to cater for online Bingo variants. From now on, Playtech-powered operators will be delivering fresh Bingo editions, concretely custom-made to appeal to the needs and wishes of Italian gamblers. At the same time, they will be “replicating its international offering for the Italian audience”.
Until now the protocol deprived operators from providing the same diapason and flexibility of gamin products in the European country, while other countries had access to them. Things have changed.

Angus Nisbet, managing director of digital bingo at Playtech, commented, “The speed with which we have been able to expand our offering in Italy reflects our commitment to growing and building our offering in new and existing regulated markets.” Mr. Nisbet also added that Italy is an important market for Playtech, and that this marks a vital step in the firm’s geographical expansion.
The complete offering has been developed on the HTML5 cross-platform, making all the products fully optimised for use on desktop, mobile and tablet platforms. The same goes for Android and iOS users as well. The offering encompasses the two-line prize and 75 Ball UK Bingo, a bunch of other new variations that comply with the PBAD3 protocol. More new titles are to be announced by the manufacturer before long.
