Playtech Strengthens Backroom Team
Anna Massion and John Krumins have been appointed to Playtech board as independent non-executive directors.
With an endorsement from SpringOwl Asset Management and after an extensive research Massion and Krumins were chosen for these high-ranking positions.

Before joining Playtech, Massion held high-ranking positions at JP Morgan, Marathon Asset Management and Hedgeye Risk Management.
Anna Massion has more than 15 years of experience in investment banking and asset management and has an already established reputation in the world of the global gambling industry. Massion was responsible for portfolio maintenance and idea generation at PAR Capital Management.
With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, technology and complex project management, John Krumins is certainly another great addition to the Playtech team. Krumins spent 15 years as a managing director at Morgan Stanley and has worked for both Deutsche Bank and Societe Generale.
“John’s extensive board-level experience, coupled with Anna’s deep sector knowledge, will allow the board to support Playtech’s role as the leading gambling technology company in regulated markets.” said Alan Jackson, chairman of Playtech.
He also added that the gambling industry moves at a high pace and that the new appointments are steps towards an evolution of the Playtech’s board. He also said that he will be working closely with everyone involved in Playtech in order to get the new board members up to speed as they work together on the plans for the future of the company.
