The world’s leading omnichannel gambling company Playtech has forged a strategic partnership with Iovation, to offer FraudForce technology to its operators.
The agreement is part of the company’s policy to expand its extensive operator toolset via prudently selected strategic partnerships combined with substantial internal research and development.
This is just the latest in a series of agreements selected to deliver a 360-degree customer toolset capable to manage the most rigorous of regulatory environments. Recently Playtech partnered with fraud prevention and risk management software specialists Featurespace, real-time engagement and retention platform Captain Up and gamification experts Thunderbite.
FraudForce is being made available through the Playtech Open Platform which enables the integration of third-party software with their IMS player management platform.

This unique iovation’s solution uses Privacy by Design methodology to ensure ongoing compliance with global privacy laws, including the EU’s new General Data Protection Regulation.
The device enables operators to avoid the use of directly identifying personal data and therefore protect businesses and valuable customers from potential cybercrime and fraud. FraudForce can recognize the device, determine if it’s evading detection, check for any previous fraud associations and run any specified transaction risk checks in approximately 100 milliseconds.
