Louisiana Double is part of the video game collection offered by Microgaming. Playing this version of video poker requires that you get a minimum of jacks or better. The game uses a standard 52 card deck and includes a double card. Bets ranging from €0.25 to €25.00 are accepted, and as many as five coins per hand may be wagered. The purpose in Louisiana Double is the same as any other variation of video poker, with that being to complete card combinations that result in a payout based on the paytable.
As mentioned, this version adds a card that will double any winning card combinations. The double does not act as a wild, and therefore cannot complete winning combinations. The paytable is located above the dealt cards, and as one would expect with a video poker game, its graphics are crisp, yet basic.
