Alexis Zamboglou Soars as William Hill Business Development Director
Dominant figure in iGaming and beyond William Hill has recruited a new business development director. His name is Alexis Zamboglou and he is the former Ladbrokes Coral marketer.
A New Beginning
Alexis Zamboglou worked as the marketing director at Ladbrokes Coral Group for three years. He left the company in August to move onto William Hill. He will be joining the Hills as of January 2020.
In the new role, Zamboglou continues to be based in Gibraltar and will join the Gibraltar-headquartered WH team. On the new position, Zamboglou said that it was “a fresh new chapter” for him. On their LinkedIn page, William Hill welcomed Alexis Zamboglou on board. The new William Hill Business Development Director thanked the company.

William Hill were evidently pleased to welcome the former Ladbrokes employee. They made sure to reveal the new details on all their social media.
As for the man himself, Alexis Zamboglou has a degree in Communications. He has worked as editor-in-chief in a small firm in Dundalk. For six years, he worked for Boylesports as social media manager and later as senior marketing manager.
In August 2013, Zamboglou was employed by Coral as Head of Digital Marketing. Three years and 2 months later, the man claimed the position of the marketing director at Ladbrokes Coral PH.
As of January 2020, he will be taking over the new post as full-time Business Development Director at William Hill in Gibraltar.
