Playtech Governance Welcomes Susan Ball
Playtech Plc, FTSE250 technology family, has just confirmed that industry growth guru Susan Ball is going to join its Board of Directors as a Non-Executive, starting their collaboration on 1st August this year.
Susan Ball’s Background
Susan Ball came to the new position from competitor firm Kambi Group Plc, where she worked as Non-Executive Director and chair of the company’s Audit Committee since 2014 until 2018.
Ball also used to be a senior partner at Ernest & Young and ex-CFO of Unibet Plc, so she has massively important experience in the field. She is a specialist in financial planning and executing advancement and growth strategies for digital enterprises and projects.
Ball’s New Roles
Regarding work outside the sector, the industry governance veteran is right now Non-Executive Director of UK leisure and fitness operator Bannatyne Group Pls, and she also mentors a number of online start-up businesses.
As of the first day of August 2018, Ball will become a member of the Audit, Risk, Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
